Transfer from individual to offshore company can I do that?

Ive been a personal owned company (sole proprietorship) and want to change / transfer this to offshore company....please explain to me how this may be possible?

If I were you I would get in touch wih a local tax adviser and ask for assistance.

That was exact what I did... Everything went out to be good and a fantastic idea.

Id did it onshore and had to pay tax from my assets and equity.
