I recently came across a Bloomberg article claiming USA to be the new age tax haven. Even when the Panama papers incident happened, experts claimed there is more dirty money inside USA than in Panama. Obviously they are exaggerating a bit, but how could a county which condemned tax havens become one? Am I missing something here? At times, offshore talks are too confusing for me.
