Has anyone here experienced taking a processor to arbitration? If so, what was the result? If successful any referrals thats US based? Im asking in reference to Stripe holding payments for a security measure for 2 weeks then after they refunded all customers. The total was about $20,000. Is their anything i can do since they refunded all customers without requesting any further documentation to justify that measure?
