tired of not being able to open IBAN for eu company, waiting for advice

Hi there

I have a EU company in name of other guy that cannot be located and is imposible open any IBAN account without a LIVE selfie.
If selfie holding ID CARD is offline (photo) it could works to open account but I dont know about any EMI, all are more strict than a real bank requesting LIVE selfie...

Do you know about a EMI offering dedicated IBAN for company without to require LIVE selfie holding Id card?
