Thoughts on Gibraltar formation for ecommerce biz?

Thoughts on Gibraltar formation for ecommerce biz? Webhosting etc.

This is what i know about Gibraltar:

+Gibraltar is not in EU
+Gibraltar has no VAT
+Gibraltar is a stable 1st world country and protected by UK but independent
+Gibraltar does not have public company house ( yet )

-Has a requirement for a mandatory secretary

What are the pros/cons iam overlooking with this? Anyone got a setup in gibraltar or know a company that does setups with bank account?

Gibraltar is great ecommerce place if you want to avoid VAT otherwise it sucks. You can't hide you there nor is it possible to get any valid bank account in Gibraltar.

Can't really hide if your a US resident/green card holder/citizen anyway these days. Can't you use transferwise as a company bank account?
