is it that a lot of third world countries dont have the resources to implement such laws like FATCA to force their citizens or legal permanent residents to declare offshore bank accounts? what is it about a lot of third world countries like el salvador/argentina/dominican republic that may or may not have the financial resources to enforce such laws?? can someone please tell me. thank you.
 
Political resistance is the biggest once. Financial resources are not a problem, wealthier countries happily loan any kinds of money to poorer ones while they ensure the poorer ones will build things like microchip passport and automatic tax reporting with them. Talk about morality when this gets priority over poverty.

AEOI is expected to be implemented worldwide, and the only read country with the powers to stop this is the USA. All others will be at the mercy of OECD regulations and sanctions for non-compliance.

well i only ask because of this reason, Banking hack heist yields up to $1 billion how do you think that these hackers stored the money assuming that they even did? offshore bank accounts or cryptocurrency? notice how these hackers were located or living in some third world country............ what are your thoughts on this? rsvp
