I think that none care about your citizenship. Nebeus, BlackCatCard, zen.com work well for me. But you need to know how to use them and you can't just freely do p2p with any. For more hints, PM me.

Do you know if any other platforms like, WebMoney, PerfectMoney, Payeer, allow P2P?
