Yes a Cyprus Company can have foreign Directors this is also the case for many other countries btw. 😉

Yes it is very much possible to open a company in Cyprus with a NRE director and you need to have some nominee service which includes a Nominee Shareholder and a Nominee Director.


In order to register a company in Cyprus there is no need to visit Cyprus, everything is handled electronically and through the Internet,
