Charges include operating unregistered exchanges, broker-dealers, and clearing agencies; misrepresenting trading controls and oversight on the Binance.US platform; and the unregistered offer and sale of securities.

"The S.E.C. said the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange mixed “billions of dollars” in customer funds and secretly sent them to a separate company controlled by Binance's founder, Changpeng Zhao."
That's a criminal offense.

This will be fun to watch.

In one instance, the Binance chief compliance officer messaged a colleague that, “[w]e are operating as a fking unlicensed securities exchange in the USA bro.”

Why oh why do foreign businesses continue to insist on offering any sort of financial‌ services in U.S or to U.S persons. Me I don't even touch dollars as they‍ can literally get you on anything. I shake my head when I see Revolut or even Wise etc expand into U.S market.

Still waiting for below to play out.
