I have seen a lot of talk about using darks but no one is really mentioning the risks.

What are the real risks of using darks?

- Being charged with bank fraud?
- Being charged with money laundering?
- Getting attention from the government and now being a national threat to the state if they assume you are involved in something much bigger?

All the above assuming you do not commit tax evasion.

Is there really any way of limiting these risks and not creating additional problems for yourself?

And if the bank account or EMI gets closed down, I guess you can say goodbye to your funds?

That's because people don't like to think about the risks. In general, people are terrible at risk management.

You can take some steps to reduce the risk, but you can never remove the risk completely.

Yes. Unless the identity used to open the account manages to convince the financial institution or a local court to reverse the decision.

This is the probably the answer to your question.

The fact is, it's a way to bypass rules and regulations, which might be why it's not talked about much. Everyone knows it, but no one says it.

Only the early bird catches the worm.

For some, darks are the only way to conduct a legitimate business.
For others, it's a kind of insurance, a way to avoid putting all the eggs in the same basket.
Each person has their own personal reasons.
Certainly, there is no way a bank can identify a well made replica.

Maybe the bank cannot but it only takes a small errors and you can have the government after you for bank fraud
