Difficult to understand how an Anjouan registered bank, so not a real bank, as Suisse‌ Bank PLC could get many correspondant banks, and even get an agreement for 5 millions‍ EUR on trade finance with ING.

looks like comoros offshore banks runs from 2001 is quite long time , anjoaun banks‌ they have been working as well, i think the point is does this bank are‍ able providing you with banking services or not? are they able to receive and send⁠ money, the rest is irrelevant.
Any after wirecard, satabank , ablv, snoras fbme , loyal⁤ bank, choice bank, probably this unregulated jusrisdictions are better choice than so l called safe⁣ one, remenber cyprus in 2011 robbed depositors of 8 billion s this was real scam⁢ not comoros, and people still think cyprus id s good place do business
