I'm looking for mass opening for a new project that is considered to be high risk where accounts get closed quickly.

I got ePayments and Transferwise opened! All really good.

This type of thing takes sometimes long time, got 2 accounts burned before I even‌ got started. The latest account took me 2 weeks to get approved (ePayments) with a‍ tons of questions, it works so far but can't tell you how long it will⁠ last.

From my experience in oepning EMI's the one which is personal and offer phone verification‌ are easy and fast to open accounts with.
