The easy'st EMI to open fast, what is the name?

Can you tell me what is the most easy EMI to open that approve accounts fast?

I'm looking for mass opening for a new project that is considered to be high risk where accounts get closed quickly.

I got ePayments and Transferwise opened! All really good.

This type of thing takes sometimes long time, got 2 accounts burned before I even got started. The latest account took me 2 weeks to get approved (ePayments) with a tons of questions, it works so far but can't tell you how long it will last.
