I'm sorry mate but you should also try to make a research or if you can't find a company in Brunei try creating a thread here? I think a lot of people would help you better because I'm still not a professional in terms of Offshore Business.

Id say always go for both cheap and secured company when you buy them instead of creating a new one. But the best is still creating your own company since you can gain experience from it.
