The Advantages of a Cyprus Bank account?

There are plenty of advertisements for a Cyprus banking account, but I was just wondering


what are the advantages of opening an account with a Cyprus bank, compared to


opening a bank account from other countries and institutions.

Cyprus still maintain the banking‌ secrecy which is one of the main reasons for why people choose to bank in‍ Cyprus. This banking secrecy will come into it's full force if the account holder is⁠ an non EU entity i.e. Seychelles company, that's why you see so many taking advantage⁤ of this package 🙂

What do you mean by "Banking Secrecy"? Does it mean that the banks will not‌ handover your account details (i.e. the amount of funds in it) if a government of‍ some other country will ask for such information?
