Thailand tax revised again (In draft)

Take a look at this. Thai isdrafting to modify the law again. This time any oversea income includes those not remitting to Thailand also has to be taxed. Any thoughts?

I read the OP several times and‌ I don't understand. It doesn't say anything new at all.

Does the DTV visa not allow the same type of taxation as it used the‌ be in Thailand? It says that with that visa, you don't pay tax on the‍ foreign income as long as non remitted in Thailand.

No one pays tax for income overseas not remitted in Thailand, regardless of Visa.

Ohh... I see, then I missed what changed in the taxation rules. Anyway, as much‌ as I enjoy life in Thailand, I cannot push it to 6 months so it‍ won't apply to me.
