Cyprus residential company or Cyprus non-residential? First one is better as it could have VAT number, but what about income tax of 10%?

You have to. The ratio will always be 1:1. That is how the laws say it should be. On the one hand, you can work with trust companies or offshore service providers to escape from all these fees. They are already proven to increase the taxes being filed on offshore companies.
 
It depends a little on which double tax treaty may exists between the countries. For instant a Seychelle Holding company that holds 100% of the shares of a Cyprus company has not to pay tax for money moved inbetween the two entities.
