I have Dutch BV with yearly profits of 90K.


Is the following setup possible:
Dutch BV --> Anonymous Company with 0% tax rate --> Official holding company --> Lend out money to Dutch BV

How and where can I create an anonymous company with a 0% tax rate


Can someone critique this setup please, and maybe advise a better one?

I mean that the dutch tax authority can't link the company with me.

It's discussed a lot inside the mentor group gold - but it's not that easy to do the task.

Normally what you try to do is not possible.
