Hi,

I did some research on some offshore jurisdiction I considered to incorporate a new company. The new thing (I have never heard this before) is that they told me that if I generate an invoice and ask my customers to pay in the sum directly to my offshore account then I'm legible to pay tax from this amount! However, if I ask them to pay by PayPal or any other credit card processing then I don't need to pay tax???

What is this about, can you please help me clarify if this is just bulls**t or it's really true?

That's not applicable for Companies incorporated for instant in the Seychelles or Belize but rather‌ in countries where you pay corporate tax. Some Agent don't have a clue what they‍ are telling people!

Good, you should find some one else to help you with tax questions, that's so wrong!‌

Did you ever found the answer to your issue? As far as I can confirm‌ the information you got is wrong. You won't pay tax at any time with your‍ Seychelles offshore corp.

Yes you will have to pay personal tax regardless where you are incorporating your company‌ unless you move out of your country and pay tax somewhere else if applicable. There‍ are at least double tax treaties you can make use of it certain cases you want to ask a tax firm for more advise on this.
