I think this is a pretty good article; I agree with many of its points. Let's be honest here: The cloud isn't going anywhere, so it pays for us all to embrace it and enjoy its benefits. I also agree that real-time is important. People are used to being able to do everything RIGHT NOW. That's what banks and all types of businesses have to try to provide. If they don't, one of their competitors will.
