Would you mind sharing what will be your SWIFT/BIC code and what⁠ will be the first letters of your IBAN?

We are working hard to make / deliver service to the highest level. Not⁠ always it is possible to achieve it in a time frames that would satisfy our⁤ clients and us, but hard work beats talent. Every comment is taken into the action⁣ and will be used to improve the service.

Do you accept nonEEA persons? Do you issue a plastic card for nonEEA persons? Do‌ you have a list of accepted countries? Do you provide a full service, the same‍ swrvice for every accepted country or do you discriminate, for example plastic card for some?⁠

@swissmoney, is the update live? The terms of use and the disclaimer have not‌ been modified; Foxpay is still listed as the IBAN provider.
 
Dear community members,

Processes are moving forward even with some delays - we are progressing‌ with last test for SEPA and SWIFT transfers and planing officially to launch SWISS (Letter‍ CH) IBANS and CARDS issuing with 25th-30th of September. All users will receive official announcement.⁠

I created an account with you today but can't see the CH IBAN number yet.‌ Will it automatically update as soon as these become available for use?
 
i registered today, completed verification process and then my account got fully deleted like non‌ existent without any feedback or anything.

any similar cases? I really did all per procedure‍ and provided valid documents.

i figured this out when i tried to log back in⁠ that my account does not exist.
 
As I read from⁤ another post and as @wellington indicated, you are from Russia or have Russian relations and⁣ that's why you face troubles like this, you had the same with Bankera right!

Anyway, the least would be that Swissmoney tell you that they closed your account, wonder why⁢ they don't.
