can anyone recommend a good swiss lombard bank for silver as collateral

Physical, book silver or Fund silver? Do you also really need a Swiss bank for‌ a Lombard loan?

physical .....bank is not needed but i have no isses to open a new account‌

You can try SGPMX and loans they offer. You can‍ send them your silver using their asset transfer service.

There is also another dealer⁠ out there offering loans but its on a peer to peer basis where they broker⁤ it. I can't remember the name off head right now.
