Swiss AG setup company and personal address in different cantons?

I'm planning to relocate to Switzerland once my company is setup in Zug.

I have already found a office space for my company in Zug, but I don't want to live there. Does someone know if I can have the company in Zug but live in Lugano? Would the company be recognized to be taxed in Zug or would they tax it in Lugano?

Since I'm not aware of how this would work, I rather want to make some research.

I would need a good but not too expensive tax advisor in Zug, if someone know some reliable, please post.

Either you travel to Zug from time to‍ time to show that business decisions are made in Zug or appoint a director there⁠ otherwise Ticino tax administrarion will claim that your company is tax resident there.

I have appointed a director already, he is located in Zug. Do you think that‌ is sufficient?

I honestly don't know, it depends on your‍ business. If you have a holding that only receives money in Zug than a local⁠ director is more than enough.

No not so far, for me it has been the best choice I made for‌ me and my business. I'm searching for a House in Lugano as a Summer residence.‍ Even they are all mountain monkeys / people in Switzerland then I have nothing bad⁠ to say about my stay so far.
