SWIFT Payment

Hello everyone!
A friend of mine, wants to receive a payment. But they tell him it must be through a Bank or EMI that uses the SWIFT protocol and NOT SEPA!
Are there any recommendations?

I have never used them before, but I expect other's on here have - Bankera.‌ Their advertisement conveniently popped up on this post!
