TBH, it's depend a lot on your business and above all on how your costs are structured. Since I have two consulting companies with very few invoices and no costs besides freelancers payments - so no gas, no service bills, no travel expenses, etc - , I do all the paperwork by myself. Usually my friends that need accounting spend like 1k-1,5K for the aforementioned forms.

it's not that bad or expensive. Unless you have lot's and lot's of invoices this should be the average price which is fairly good.
I also want to do my own paperwork, where did you find the information to learn that?
