Suggestions for USD debit/virtual card that can be funded with paypal balance?

Any recommendations for USD virtual card that I can fund with my Paypal balance? I recently tried getting swissbankers card but it doens't work.

You can link a Wise USD account, withdraw the balance and spend it using a‌ virtual or physical card.

I can only link a bank‍ account in my local currency which is MYR. However, if I link a card it⁠ will follow the card's currency

You can ask support to change currency of the card on Paypal.

What country is the PayPal account from and what currency is the balance, if not‌ USD? Also, are we talking about 10, 100, 1000, 10000, 100000 or 1000000? What fees‍ are acceptable?
