Stripe report income to belgian tax autorities

Does Stripe report any income to my country (belgium)? Some say they do, some say they don't report. So i'm confused.

They don't do to my country (EU country) at least. Have used them on one‌ of my projects for years and so far didn't get reported by them.

And what about the VAT. I get a VAT invoice every month about the fees‌ they charge (0% VAT). They also dont declare this in EU?
