Stripe + Company needed

I am offering a service that is not against the law, but companies in the US are likely to make intimidation attempts. I want to avoid the stress/legal fees.

I have a good tax structure, but need something to sit at the top to actually accept the payments with as much privacy as possible.

I need someone who can set up a Stripe account for me with funds going to a bank account. I should be the only person with access to these.

One way might be for someone who is based somewhere where intimidation attempts are going to be pointless to create a UK company and bank account.

Your help with passing any verification will be appreciated and of course paid for.

I suppose then our official relationship would be that you are providing me with payment processing services.

The problem is Stripe they don't allow any offshore jurisdictions at all! So you may be right it's almost impossible to sort this out without a middleman that may want to risk his own personal name and address to be banned by Visa and MC.

There are none of the supported countries that will allow you to setup a company with darks. Stole documents maybe, but that's very risky in these countries.

Do you know companies/people who might be able to arrange for a middleman?

I will be completely transparent with them about the use of the company and will have an agreement drafted between us that mitigates their risk.

What banks are best for this? Cheap fees, multiple currency would be great.

Docs will be legitimate, but the middleman will not be from the UK.
