Basically what they are offering is to open a US corp, with bank account and merchant account, from anywhere in the world with no need to travel to US. It sounds interesting...

and this is new because you have a signature ? or you simply slept under a rock the last 4 years where they are ofefring it?

I am sorry but I understand it is in beta. If it has been around for 4 years, sorry I missed it...

So then there must be lots of people with experience of it. Can anyone comment if it works well, what their KYC is like, whether it would be a solution for people who are more interested in the remote US bank account angle and might process 1 or 2 credit card transactions, what kind of merchants they accept/do not accept etc?

We had a discussion on this board not long ago about opening US bank accounts remotely and I didn't see you bring up this option...

Stripe.com/Atlas has been around for a very long time, you can even do a Google search on this forum to see it was discussed already back in 2016!
