Hi StatRys,

I see that you set nup offshore companies and merchant accounts. Does this also apply to me as a U.S. citzen?

My new site is a video sharing service. Some adult content might be included. No illegal stuff (child P**N, etc.) But we will be considered high risk for that reason.
