Never used them. You may try to give them a call and ask if they‌ speak English 🙂
 
I have checked their website, there have English version. I think they will support English‌ online banking too.
 
It is possible doing online banking in English as they have English version in their‌ wensite.

For company formation in Morocco, I'll suggest you find a good reputed agent. They‍ will solve your all questions.
 
OP did you ever got any further with this bank? I believe they are not‌ upwards foreigners.
 
i'm from Morocco and I don't recommand BMCE bank for offshoring banking, because here, it's‌ a nightmare to get euro/dollar when you really want them, also weak service.

I'm from‍ mororroc and looking for offshore banks because I don't TRUST our banking system.
 
You may want to open an account for instant in Cyprus, or with Euro Pacific‌ Bank! Is it a personal account you are looking for?

I believe so, but i don't have any experience doing that, i would love if‌ you can help me, i can try this way with myself then i will see‍ what is going to happen and let you know the details of what you can⁠ do in order to get your bank account here.
