Solution to download/aspirate a website.

To save time and cost,
I am looking for a solution to Download/Aspirate an existing website
The new one will be set up in another country,
Any solution?

Keep in mind‍ this will only copy the HTML/CSS, not the backend code

You’re technically only downloading the⁠ ‘skin’ of the website - or how it looks, none of the functionality or the⁤ important bits

No but to steal a website you also only need the content, that is sufficient‌ to implement it into a new wordpress theme.

these days you will not be able to just copy a website and host it‌ in your server like that. it doesn't work that way since static websites in the‍ early 2000s.
You could scrape the data off it with scripts. You'd still have to⁠ build the backend/frontend for it.
If it's a simple website and there's not a lot⁤ of content, it'll not be hard and you can replicate it with "ready made" solutions⁣ as wordpress or site builders.
If it's a complex web app, just forget about cloning⁢ it that way. It'll not work and will be better to build it from scratch.︀
You could find "clone" templates already made out there for major websites (e.g. airbnb etc),︁ but especially for the back end, either you know how to do it or you︂ pay a developer.
