So are we left with only darks for anonymous and tax free company setup?

I was wondering if we are left with the only possible way to use darks if we want to avoid tax, get reported and keep our privacy?

What other options do we have in order to avoid to get reported by the various EMI's, Brokerage accounts, Banks and what else we use our offshore company for?

How do you go about it right now?

As far as I see it the only possible way is to use darks which I already have used a few times.

I think the only option outside of Darks is to open a bank account in Puerto Rico - one of the only respectable jurisdiction non AEOI compliant...

There are not really any good options when it comes to banking unless you are using darks or a 3rd party that you may trust or not.

Belize will report as well as most other respectable jurisdictions when it comes to banking. Just because you open a Belize company no one will go and report you!

Guatemala and all other countries that are today non AEOI compliant will a day or another be forced by the U.S to start reporting. Even if by then your account is closed they will report so it won't help. Puerto Rico is a U.S territory and we might think that this special status will not change this way the U.S will centralize an important part of the world offshore money.

Darks are not the only possible solution even after all the information exchange has taken place. However, it depends on your budget and how much money you are pushing in order to get the right solution. Low budget and low volume i.e. 5K or even 100K USD a year will not be sufficient to setup something that can justify the setup costs & management.
