You simply need to located the shared.xml fil on your computer and delete the shared.xml‌ file, once done restart Skype.

You can located the shared.xml file by following the below‍ 2 simple steps 🙂

a. Click Start, type run and press Enter.

b. Type %appdata%\skype and⁠ click OK.
