Singapore Resident and USA LLC

For Singapore Tax resident , If he register single person USA LLC and managed and control from Singapore , USA LLC do not have any Singapore source income ,
Do this USA LLC subjected to Singapore tax ?

I try to read PWC tax related guide, But Really confuse about this..
