SIM card with free incoming calls and privacy

Hello,

I'm looking for a sim card which will allow me to be able to receive calls and sms for free in possible several countries around the world.

I checked WorldSIM, they have a nice product which allows me to receive calls in 118 countries for free and it comes with UK number...Problem is they need you to upload a copy of passport and bill to continue use the SIM card.

Do you know any similar SIM card?
I don't need data, just incoming calls for free.
Oh and I should be able to load it online.
