Well, I have no personal experience with Silverbird; but they claim they are an appointed representative of The Currency Cloud Limited – and TCCL is, per my experience, working well. SWIFT transfers are fast and rock solid.
When looking at silverbird.com it is easy to find that they have (at least now) really specific business model: they target “at distributors, manufacturers, and logistic operators trading with physical goods who make high-value transfers on a regular basis”. A the same time, their supported currencies list and countries for internal payments list is impressive. Perhaps a way how to distiguish from another ~240 UK EMI's 🙂
