Should we recruit staff to form an Offshore Company? If yes, how much minimum staff should we recruit? Do they have to be native or can they come for another country ? Please share..

You don't need to have any staff to form a offshore company, only exception is if you need it.


Actually not many use a Offshore company to employ people, most are used for tax purpose and privacy.


You can register a Offshore Company by your self and most often everything is handled online through the net, no need to visit the country nor any banks. On a sideline, be adviced that you will need to find a Agent which is also able to open a bank account for your company, a offshore company without a bank account don't makes any sense and it is only difficult to get one later on.
