Shareholder or director please help

Lets assume if one of us appointed as a director while other two are shareholder, now tell me the difference of authorities as an owner of the companies between shareholders and directors


sorry i dont have knowledge about this registration process, sorry if i write something wrong, but what i know is i have to register the company in coming one or two days🙁

As for all companies worldwide and as well for a company in Cyprus, the director‌ has the power given by the shareholders/beneficial owner(s) and in some cases the members board,‍ generally it is the director who is signing on behalf of the company.
