I simply paid for a Cyprus company setup and after payment they sent one message only, asking for documents, after this I sent several messages and no answer from them. I asked for refund because the bad service and support and a got a message from their "legal department" saying they can't offer refund, maybe "only a part of it, as cortesy" pure joke and a typical scammer excuse!

SFM scams everybody since years, it s publicly well know on every forums.
I used them, they havent delivered, they stopped answered me , i waited 2 monthes, i sent a friend to their office they paid back directly full.
But i wonder why everybody want to use them? They are very expensive and dont offer any exclusive products.

They are a scam big times, never got my company which I ordered 3 weeks ago. I need variety in my setups and used them for that reason.

SFM used to be among the most reputable low-cost service providers in the industry for simple incorporation and bank accounts. Never suitable for anything advanced. But their reputation has tanked a lot in the last four to five years.

If you pay by credit card and they don't deliver, you have the option to notify your bank of "services not delivered" and get your money back through a chargeback. This only works if they are at fault. It won't work if the process is stuck because you can't/won't send in the necessary documents and things like that.

Another great thread about this provider, we shall stay away from them. The more I check for reviews about them the more is pulling up.

They are a scam or at least they don't know what they are doing!
