Seems they have Set up the company 6 weeks ago, but did not reply accordingly. When you read the MAA you get a real Horror.
I hope my worst fears do not come true.
Safety and regulatory turned off (especially in taking loans). Control of the company goes literaly to anybody they can appoint. Any decisions of anybody have the same weight as resolutions from a general meeting etc.. Shocking .

Did you receive the incorporation certificate or other paper like this ?
In any case, this is not a serious business behaviour...
Incorporation certificate not received yet. But I have a bad feeling. The MAA is dated to end of February and meanwhile I wrote numerous emails, had two phonecalls etc.. But these were either not answered or my requestes were answered positive (by phonecall) but then not executed.
This is definetly no serious buisness behaviour in my opinion.
When the MAA is from end Feb. and I received it end of Aril with unacceptable content and in meantime requests were not answered ... well, what does it mean? Have a guess.
Same kind of problem, you write they take â…” days to reply asking new documents, taking time, replying things not answered. I write they today that i give them till friday then change provider asking back my money paid Feb 20.
Well, don't you think that in some cases they are simply busy and that may be the reason for any delays? I'm not defending them, just asking.

Well my order was on 4th of January. Today is 19th of May. When I opened my first company it took me 2 hours at the financial authorities plus some documents forward and backwards. Within two weeks everything was settled and a new company was born.
How do you justify half a year and not having even an acceptable MAA?
They probably do many things, but it, most likely, has nothing to do with setting up companies for clients.
No, just talked to a local lawyer in Cyprus this morning. With them I start the second attempt.
The losses from not having the company ready in time are now even higher than the lost 4000 Euro. SFM is a complete nighmare.
Does anybody have an good and realistic idea how to get at least some of my money back? International lawsuit?
I will write off the money. In case they do not play back a large sum I will open up a criminal case here in Germany and will have all their advertisement on tblockedhe internet -> made illegal. Thats the best way to react. Dry the swamp to help others.
Maybe theres even a chance to chase interntional law enforcement after the owners/directors of this company.
Even if it is some additianl money, I will go for the lawsuit. I think they did something else without consent and therfore a legal investigation is required.

Till today i was on my way to contact SFM company to help me on this process.
But, from reading this thread, i am glad i didn t do it.

Now, i will have to find an another and reliable agent to help me on this process.

This post seem to have safed a lot of people a lot of money! They are a big no go and stay away. Don't use them. I paid for a Malta company setup but never got it. It was a very rude support that I got e-mails.

Just remembered that when i saw that topic.
They were supposed to setup a UK company with nominee for me and they did but the nominee was last after 10 days.
I could not even get a simple paper signed by him.no utility bills,no support, nothing.He just vanished and company becam useless.They could not even change the beneficiary afterwards.
After several months i understood that a scam was going over.
So please stay away.

Panama will not be a tax free solution. They have territorial tax, but according to new legislation, profit distributions of non-resident IBCs are subject to 5% tax. There is an exception if you can prove that your country of residence will not give a tax credit for tax paid in Panama, but in practice countries that do not honor tax paid in Panama are rare, as far as I'm aware, just a few countries in the world fall in this category. Certified lawyer opinion letter is required, and they will check if the claim is true. Also non resident banking in Panama is difficult after the media shitstorm. After international pressure, they also signed up to CRS.
There are better options, unless you have a strong link to Panama and accept that 5% tax. I'm not too sure what to think of Belize but I heard they too are in transition from 'no tax' to 'low tax'.
Hello! I only register too write in this thread. I also got scammed for aroun 3k euro, With me i explained what i wanted, ofcourse they knew exaclty how to help me. After paying they said we need to change country for your problem and its going to cost alittle bit more. After that they tried to get me to pay more and more but i didnt pay. So they stopped answering. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS!!! I wish i had a thread like this when i looked in to this setup. THEY SCAMM SFM - Offshore is scamming period. PLEASE DONT BE STUPID AND THINK MAYBY IT WONT HAPPEN TO ME.!! IT WILL!!
