After I asked refund to my bank and wait for long 60 days they agreed to refund the money deducted $450 EUR to "cover admin fees", a typical scam excuse. My advice: stay away from them.
Call the US embassy, FBI, Dubai Police. Report this gentleman the manager at 605 Opal Tower Business Bay, Dubai: Owiss Refaat. https://ae.linkedin.com/in/owiss-refaat-a6860628. That should take care of your problem.
Guys which provider would you recommend ?
I know which ones are scams but dont know which ones are good. Anyone has feedbacks to provide about a good and efficient provider (for Seychelles IBC or Belize for example) ?

Have you tried one of these ? Startitup looks pretty legit but prices are so cheap that it looks suspicious to be able to set up a company for 100 USD
OCRA i read good things about them, but they are one of the most expensive providers.
Im looking for Seychelles IBC and Belize IBC provider
You may have a look at Google to find one of the paid AD providers, they may be able to help you without the big trouble.

Thank you for the info mate! However, Offshore Protect seems to have cheap AF prices for Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, Swiss personal bank accounts. Also Luxembourg and Swiss accounts have no minimum deposit. Is this really possible? From my experience, these are very pricey and have a minimum deposit amount.
I think that is not true! Personally I have been around with 3 banks in Switzerland as an foreigner from the EU no of the banks allowed me to open an account without at least a 5000 CHF deposit unless I live in Switzerland.
You need to be carefull with what you read from the different providers around.
Exactly my point. I mean, these are bug shot countries. Not Belize or Seychelles or something. Having no minimum deposit limit is a sure sign of a scam. Also, a Swiss personal bank account for just €99? Yeah, right. In my dreams.
and you managed to open an account in Switzerland or not ?

Do not mess around, contact a lawyer these consulting companies can steal your ID, run around and make 500 companies and banks in your name, even run up debt. Just use a lawyer. If you cant afford a lawyer, dont open accounts...

thanks to whoever made this thread. whenever you type "sfm-offshore" in google, you see this in the 2nd spot right below the official site. i'm a little confused as to why this is literally the only complaint i've seen online for this company. you'd really think given what pricks they are there would be way more.
i've used sfm in the past with absolutely no problems. dare i say they were actually very good. so i figured i'd use them again now for another order. however it turns out they're now the most incompetent and frustrating people i've ever dealt with.
after placing my order i realized i'd made a mistake and wanted to take a different approach. within a couple of hours i emailed them and asked for a cancellation (nothing had been processed at this point). they confirmed the cancellation and said a refund would be no problem. at this point i figured all was good given my past experience and their general standing. turns out that was wrong.
a few days later i see on my card the money has gone from pending to actually taken. i contact them and ask why. they reply they don't know and will speak to the "relevant department". no reply for another 2 days. to cut a long story short 7 days in and no one will say anything. their support is absolutely frustrating. their only reply is "we need a response from the relevant department". so why have support at all? and what sort of company takes a week to resolve such a simple matter?
obviously it's bulls**t and they're stalling, so i've talked to my bank and initiated the chargeback process. whatever the outcome having a chargeback for a decent amount against your merchant processor is not good. it certainly hurts them more than it hurts me.
so yeah, to reiterate what others have said i'd stay the hell away from sfm. their website is nice and they seem very responsive to begin with, but they're completely useless when something goes slightly wrong.
also not sure why they have a 96% satisfaction rating on feefo.com. i guess that can be faked or manipulated though. again, it's just strange there aren't more complaint threads and reviews around the internet given how long they've been in business

You describe what exactly happened to me.
Asking for more and more documents, useless documents, and more money.
SFM promised me bank accounts and formation within 5 days! its now 2 months. I lost 1 million USD in investor money as they lost faith because SFM still didnt provide anything. I created 20+ companies with other providers in the past. Never a problem. Last time (PMG Group) i got the company + 2 bank accounts in europe within a week.
Stay away!!!
