I am in the pre-registration phase of an offshore company.

For a long time it was clear that I will choose Seychelles.

However today I read that my country(EU member) has a double tax treaty with the USA. A Delaware company being in the USA I am not sure if a Delaware LLC would be better then a Seychelles+nominee director company?

Please help me with this, because I don't know what to choose.

I also don't know what the difference between IBC and LLC is.

Can you let us know what your goals are? If it is legit tax reduction you will want⁤ to go with a country that has signed a DTA with your country.

Talking offshore⁣ jurisdictions and for instant jurisdictions which don't care about the suffix then a IBC or⁢ LLC are one and the same thing.

Seychelles is a better offshore jurisdiction than Delaware! The USA have so many restrictions, TIEA's,‌ DTA, DTAA and the list is long, that it may not in anyway to be‍ considered as a perfect offshore place any longer.

Same here, Seychelles before Delaware company:thumbsUp: Why? Because the Seychelles has the best privacy and‌ anonymity protection available compared to Delaware and most other offshore jurisdictions!

Anytime Seychelles company before Delware if privacy and anonymity is an issue otherwise go with‌ Delaware company.
