For example we⁢ are not aware of any plans in Seychelles to introduce centralized or public registers.

Thank you for the share, this must have an influence on how people may look‌ at your business when you say you have a Seychelles company in the future. Most‍ compare it with an tax haven and will say that the only reason for owning⁠ an entity in the Seychelles is tax!

How will this change anything on long term if I may ask. Most people incorporating‌ in the Seychelles are looking for privacy and not for pleasing the tax man, OECD‍ or anyone else 🙂

Well, you may see it in the light that the focus will be turned to‌ another offshore jurisdiction now that may not comply to any of the OECD policies and‍ therefore it's more legit to have your company in the Seychelles.

Not sure, for most government bodies they persist to be‍ a tax heaven I believe.
