Seychelles or Belize company and bank account

I want to register a consulting marketing and tech company and we are looking for Seychelles or Belize. Is it any other good offshore option?

As EMI we want to use epayments and not upaycard because the beneficiary will be Cypriot and upaycard has Cypriot EMI license.

Also what about Georgia bank as a main bank?

it has 0% effective tax rate‌ as any classic offshore, but it still part of EU

there are no big difference between Belize, Seychelles, Nevis, BVI etc. nowadays
