Need to know what it need to register a Seychelles company without nominee but full privacy?


What I mean is that my identity shall not be available at any register of companies in the Seychelles.

In the Seychelles you don't need any nominees to gain full privacy and anonymity since there is no public register of companies there. Means, no one can lookup the beneficial owner of a Seychelles company.

Why do you offer a nominee director and shareholder then?

Nominee director is useful if you have to sign a contract but don't want your name to appear there!

So for a Seychelles company it is not required to insert a Nominee director or shareholder to gain privacy, please confirm? Also it is not possible to lookup a Seychelles company publical, please confirm?

This is interesting why will you need a nominee director if privacy is the only issue... I have read the blog post from Admin "Why Seychelles" and it says it is not necessary to make use of nominees.

I agree that a nominee director and / or shareholder is only required if the Seychelles company is going to sign contracts / agreements in order to keep the privacy otherwise there is no need for them.

So for simple privacy protection you won't need ant nominees because the lack of a Seychelles company registrar right?

Yes that's true, you can't lookup a Seychelles company anywhere nor can you see the owner, beneficial owner or shareholder and there is no requirement to file any tax, auditing etc.
