Seychelles offshore company to own BVI company, is ok?

Yes a Seychelles company can be owned or own a BVI company, you just need to inform you Company Service Provider about how you want your offshore company structured and have the required documents available.

Can a Seychelles company be owned by a Panamanian offshore company with bearer shares? I mean can it be done later or what?
 
It can be done at any time...note there are additional costs if you are doing this later on, I have faced such costs not a big deal but it would have been nice to know at first time 🙂

Second that, it is cheaper to do such company structures from the beginning rather than making changes like that later. Anyway as already mentioned it is not a problem to have a BVI, Seychelles or any other offshore company as paramount in an offshore company structure.
