Actually a Seychelles IBC can have the suffix LLC, LTD, Inc, Limited and so forth.‌

IBC = International Business Company most often a term used for offshore companies located in‍ a tax haven.

Okay Thank you Admin, your very helpful. So all offshore companies are at least LTD's?‌ or can it be LLC too?

I read in another thread that a Seychelles offshore‍ company can have more than 130 different suffix's thumbups

Yes all the Seychelles companies you get within 1 - 12 hours are LTD's /‌ Limited companies, if you are only looking at the suffix you are right as well‍ a Seychelles company can have LLC as well i.e. Offshore Company LLC or Offshore Company⁠ AG or similar.

So in otherwords and from the other threads I read it is possible to name‌ your business Offshore Company "AS" and even "Inc." correct?
