Seychelles IBC, Public Registry and Electing Nominees

I'm considering forming a Seychelles IBC for an e-commerce business. Under what circumstances does electing director and shareholder nominees becomes mandatory? Without nominees, do directors and shareholders appear in a public registry of companies or does Seychelles keep this information private by default?

Hi, Seychelles does not publicly share Director and Shareholder information on a register but the majority of companies are still created using Nominees so as to ensure confidentiality. They are by no means mandatory though.
