Seychelles Company Renewal without Any Document

Hello,
I renewed my Seychelles IBC via my official agent and I asked any document regarding renewal but they told me there is no such document like that. Is that true ? How can I ensure that my company is renewed without buying a COGS document?

You can ask to make a new certificate of good standing and incumbency. They can’t‌ be issued if your company was not renewed

second that,‍ was just to post it. You will have to pay for that certificate, but it⁠ doesn't cost that much and is worth to get.

Most banks or EMI's will even⁤ ask you for such certificate if the company is more then 1 year old.

Obtaining a Certificate of Good Standing is generally the way you evidence that the company‌ has been renewed and is in Good Standing. All agents should know this and advise‍ you that it is an option, but a cost is attached to obtaining one.
